The strangest and most frightening character Jim has ever played in my opinion has to be the cable guy. There is something not quite right about that character. It's like you kind of feel sorry for him but you also feel scared of him as well.
Chip Douglas is a very mysterious character, and not to mention that lisp. All he wants is a friend, he's not evil, he's just disturbed and very very lonely. I felt kind of bad for him after the way Steven treated him.
