That one is also awesome. Especially the 1981 episode. Why? Four words: American Werewolf In London. The transformation scene was THE best werewolf transformation ever. They'll never be a transformation like that one ever again. Rick Baker is my idol. My older brother has a best friend who works in the makeup buisness.
One thing I really love about the I Love The 70's one is that they mention Animal House in the 1978 episode. That movie was like the original college party movie! John Belushi was a riot in that movie.
In the I Love The 90's mini-series in the first half they showed clips from one of my all time favourite tv shows Tales From The Crypt. I loved that show! The Crypt Keeper was creepy and funny at the same time. Who can forget that extremely memorable intro sequence at the begining of every episode?
One of my favourite comedians made his big splash in the 90's too, the late great Chris Farley. I love that guy! I have the movies Black Sheep (not the horror one about the killer sheep) and Beverly Hills Ninja on dvd as well as the Best Of Chris Farley.
I love that the 1980's episode of the I Love The 80's strike back mentions Blues Brothers, Blues Brothers was a truly awesome movie- with all the car chases, explosions, cameos, and of course the pairing of the manic John Belushi and his best bud Dan Akyroyd. It's a shame that the sequel Blues Brothers 2000 was so lame and nothing like the original.
