Simon Says

We read an article in a magazine- the article was about American Idol judge Simon Cowell. Simon Cowell has made quite a name for himself. We watch American Idol almost regularly as well as the X Factor. We have Simon's autobiography I Don't Mean To Be Rude and it's a really amusing read. Our good friend Tyrone The Terrible is a close friend of his- in fact Simon is a member of the Evil Genius organisation Tyrone is the founder of. The Evil Genius organisation is kind of like similar to the Stonecutters, except all the members happen to famous villain types such as Alice Cooper, Ozzy Ozbourne, Every Disney villain imaginable, Darth Rangoon, Nigel Von Sinister, various Bond villains, Dr Evil, Dr Madness (my evil counterpart) and Simon. Simon Cowell gets a bad rep because of his brutal honesty towards contestants- but it's the contestants fault anywhere, almost HALF of the loser auditionees that come on to audition to be on American Idol absolutely STINK. Some of them get all worked up because of something he says- he's only doing what he does best, he's telling it like it is, he's telling them the truth- the cold, hard truth. And you know what? We agree with him. Those contestants CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH! Those contestants really don't have a single clue of how worthless and untalented they are. Our friend Tyrone The Terrible does a terrific Simon voice impersonation. He demonstrates this to perfection in our classic animated fantasy film Fantastic Portal. In the film our friend Tyrone the Terrible voices the villain, the evil, deadpan snarky Dark Overlord Simon (who looks, sounds and acts like Simon Cowell does) who plans to rule the kingdom. Dark Overlord Simon is an evil spellcaster type. Our old pal Kirsty provides the voice of the Princess character in it Princess Aideen from the city of light (who is a lot like Paula Abdul). Tyrone The Terrible's performance as the voice of Dark Overlord Simon is considered to be one of his best, because even though Simon Cowell has never actually tried singing himself, Dark Overlord Simon gets his own Villain Song in the movie. In addition to writing villain songs he sings them. Tyrone The Terrible is the go-to-guy for villainous character roles over here. After all-he IS a professional supervillain. Tyrone is good friends with Tim Curry (who provided the voice of Morlock in the rock opera episode of Millitary Koalas and again in Millitary Koalas the movie). Tim Curry's most famous role is Dr Frank N Furter in Rocky Horror, he's also famous for playing Darkness in Legend and his spine chilling as Pennywise in Stephen King's It. His sinister yet seductive voice can be heard in such animated films as Ferngully, The Pebble And The Penguin, Beauty And The Beast: Enchanted Christmas, and Bartok The Magnificent. Tyrone The Terrible got acting tips from him on how to do villain roles back in the 1990's. Dark Overlord Simon is also partially influenced by quite a few Disney villains- mainly Jafar, Scar and Hades.
Dark Overlord Simon's villain song is one of the tracks on Tyrone The Terrible's Evil Yet Entertaining Villain Songs cd album, other villain songs on the album include Baddest WereElvis In Town which is Spike's villain song from Teenage WereElvis, I'm A Living Nightmare (Morlock's villain song from the rock opera episode of Millitary Koalas) performed by Tim Curry, and his very own villain song. You should get it, it's really good. He also has two books out, one is his autobiography A Day In The Life Of An Evil Genius and the other is his humourous how to book How To Be A Villain which teaches the reader how to be a great villain and has all sorts of tips on how to be evil. He also has invented a variety of different toys for evil purposes such as the custom made Voodoo Dolls, the Doomsday Device model kit, the Hypno Blaster (a mind control device made to resemble a toy gun) and the Monstrosibeanies (which are kind of monstrous, evil beanie babies).
Unlike others, we don't hate Simon in anyway. Me and my brother like him.

  1. I hate Simon Cowell too. (My husband calls him Simon Coward and I cal him Simon Cruel, both of which definitely apply to him.) I think you would make a good replacement for him, and if I were to take his job, people would watch American Idol to look at me and not to experience "potential talent", which I think occurs naturally and not at the discretion of overpaid celebrity judges and a moronic, spoiled mama's boy.

  2. By the way, you know that parody of Be Prepared that Agri did on Amiright? Well I did a photomanip of Simon as Scar and that photomanip was inspired by that song parody.
