80's movies rewind

Once and a while i visit this site called fastrewind,   it's the ultimate site for movie fans especially fans of 80's movies.

One of the really cool things about this site is that it's easy to find the movie you are looking for because you can browse by title,  year or by genre.

I am also very happy to see that they have included a few John Candy films on their lists,   so far i think they have Uncle Buck,  Summer Rental,   Planes,  Trains,  and Automobiles,   Splash,   and Brewster's Millions.   My only qualm is that they seem to have forgotten to add the Great Outdoors.

You know,   looking at their lists of movies on that site kind of think of what kind of crossovers to come up with,  i  know there's already been Freddy vs Jason and the comic book only sequel Freddy VS Jason VS Ash,  but there's so much possibilities for possible crossovers.

I mean can you imagine how fun a Ghostbusters Meets Beetlejuice crossover would be?   I certainly can.   And Ghostbusters VS Poultergiest would be epic and fun to boot.

And can you imagine what a Gremlins VS Leprechaun crossover would be like?   I  think it would be fun to see who wins.     How about Gizmo VS Chucky?

Also i quite like the idea of an Ash VS Jack Torrance fight as well as Ash VS Snake Plitzkin.

There is an excellent John Hughes crossover fanfiction i stumbled upon on this fansite called The John Hughes  File,   it's got 70 chapters and features a lot of the famous characters from the John Hughes universe in it,  it's even got Del Griffith and Buck Russell (both characters were played by JC)  and it's really appropriate especially seeing as they all live in the same town,  which is Shermer,  Illinois.   I always wondered what some of John's characters would think of each other if they were to meet.    I'm sure Del must get along very well with Buck.

I've had a lot of dreams about 80's movies crossovers like this one that takes place in a golf tournament and the Caddyshack guys are up against Buck from Uncle Buck.   There's also this Evil Dead meets Return Of The Living Dead crossover i dreamed about once,  in which Andria appeared as a fellow slayer of the undead (sort of a female equivalent to Ash).

There was also the  Blues Brothers/This Is Spinal Tap crossover i dreamed about,   it also featured me,  my brother,   and Andria as our blues brothers OCs along with Takkuneg of Blues Brothers Central as her OC.

I heavily suggest that you check the 80's movie website out,   it is really cool and quite an amazing site to visit,  you should check it out.
