To turn him on simply press the Showtime button on the remote. Once he's been turned on he'll do the following things:
He'll say "Hi there new friend I'm Jay." And then asks you to tell him all about yourself so he can get to know you better.
He'll then look at you, blink for a minute and his special friend sensor (located in his chin) will detect you- after this he'll say..."You...You're my friend!".

Commands on the remote: - Showtime (Turns him on so you can play with him)
- Storytime (activates story mode)
- Play (activates the game selection)

The Jay Leno Playtime Friend is a part of the Tonight Show toy range, also available are Iron Jay, Beyondo, Billy Tuttle and Mr Brain. You can also get the Jay's garage playset complete with toy cars and motorcycles.
Oh, and by the way: "Little Andria" prevented two college boys with limited English proficiency from stealing my liquor cabinet and its entire contents by her eyes lighting up and the internal voice box cussing them out. Apparently they understood the "F" word! :-)

Our latest contest is the Jay Leno 15 year anniversary trivia contest, if you get all the answers to the questions right you could win a little Jay of your very own and yes- you can do tha with him too. We've done it with a few of our toys, we sucessfully hacked a Big Mouth Billy Bass so he now sings Karate by Tenacious D whenever people walk by. We also have a talking Gaston toy that Gaston's lines from Beauty And The Beast as well as plenty of boasts.

ReplyDeleteWe have a Triumph the Insult Dog talking beanie, an electronic toy of Rodney Dangerfield's character from Back To School, and a Grinning Jack Nicholson doll that recites lines from The Shining, Batman, One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest and A Few Good Men.
