This hillarious little critter here is called an Ooglie. They are rather wacky aliens that make really crazy noises when you tickle their feet. We had quite a few back in the late 1990's.
I had one of those too, until my ex-friend Serena (you probably already know about her, basically a cross between a young version of country singer Crystal Gayle and the devil with more than a little Tasmin Burville in their too) threw it out the window of my Chevy van on a road trip.
