Cursed dvds

It has come to my attention that there is some what of a problem with some special edition dvds,   and what is it you ask?  Well the problem is that they are cursed.    One of the movies in my Jim Carrey collection apparently is,    well my 2 disc special edition of the grinch is cursed - as i found out when i slowly transformed into a weregrinch because of it.

I don't know if anyone has had any problems like this before.
