Beanies

Today i'm going to tell you how to get to know your beanie friends a little more.

Beanie collecting is an excellent, safe and fun hobby for people of all ages. In fact the only thing more fun than collecting them is having them in your own home. Why, you don't have to just collect them on and put them on display, you can also play with them and cuddle up with them. You can also keep their tags and read the poems (remember there are some which do not have poems).

It is very important that you take very good care of your collection.

You can do this by buying special protective tags or even a display case to put one of them in.

But I use a more hi tech way of keeping our collection safe, I use something we like to call the beanie vault which is located in a room with a really advanced security system installed.

Sometimes it takes time for your beanie friends to become adjusted to their new home so it's always a good idea to introduce them to your other beanies.

You should always take good care of your beanies. Whenever one of your beanies has a problem, sit down and talk to them about their problem and they'll feel better afterwards, spend time to interact and get to know them a little more. And if they get dirty, be sure to give them a wash.

Unfortunately the beanie baby rats I have (Ratty the zodiac rat, the two Ratso rats, the pink Ratetta rat, and the two 2008 zodiac rats) don't like being washed, often refuse to do it and are rather sick most of the time (the zodiac rat is especially twisted, he is also rude and often refered to my aunt as "a whale").

One of my favourite hobbies is collecting ty collectables especially beanie babies, I have 100+ in our collection.

I have been collecting beanie babies since the early 90's. I also have a few beanie magazines.

It is not at all unusual to discover a beanie that shares the same birthday date as you. In fact it's quite common with some of the beanies I have.

Remember, each beanie is like a child and must be treated with tender love and care.
